I don’t know about you, but I am OVER this weather. Being my first winter in New York, I feel like I’ve been pretty positive the last few months, but I’ve officially hit my threshold.
In order to lighten up my mood, I’ve decided to do some shopping for spring! My favorite trend this year (and a reoccurring one) is Pastels. The reason I love it, is because it’s a great way to transition your winter wardrobe into spring (and it also reminds me of Easter!)
One of the trends this season that has me OBSESSED with is one that has filled my closet for the past 10 or more years. Plaid. The reason it’s one of my favorites is because you really can wear it year-round, and you can dress up or down with it. It’s fun to mix and match different outfits that include plaid, whether it’s the main piece or an added accessory. Here are a few of my favorites, in a wide variety of price ranges:
It’s just a week until Valentine’s Day and this is one of my favorite holidays. It’s not in the sense that it’s a day when you can brag about your relationship (or how you’re single and hate the day) but more so a time to show people how much you love them. This year I sent “surprise” gifts to all of my family members. (Even if they’re reading this they won’t know what the gifts are), which is the first time I’ve done this. It’s also the first time I haven’t had a boyfriend on Valentine’s Day so I decided to make it special in a different way!
Here are some fun, cute, and cheap gifts for friends, coworkers, family members, or significant others. Hope you enjoy my 10 favorite ideas:
Last night I was shopping and found the perfect trench. It is Cynthia Steffe and retails for $595. It’s sold out at Bloomingdale’s and I found it at TJMaxx for $79.99. I couldn’t be more excited! Here’s the link:
